The treatment of wastes, which come from a broad range of industrial activities (industrial wastewater), usually comprises a high complexity level, making their management a difficult issue and out of the industry’s activities spectrum. As a result, the industry is prone to transgressions of the discharge limits in a recipient posed by the national and international legislation.
Hellas Environment realizes the operation, the maintenance and the integrated control of industrial waste treatment plants, facilitating the customer and relieving the industry from the need for constant monitoring of the treatment unit, helping to target to the main producing activities.
The offered services comprise the full responsibility about the operation of the industrial treatment facilities related to the maintenance of the equipment and the control of the treatment process. This kind of services are offered in treatment facilities made from our company or other constructor and include:
- Operation – maintenance of waste treatment facilities
- Treatment process of industrial waste
- Recirculation of the processed effluent in the production line
- Supply and installation of special equipment
- Environmental impact assessments
- Specific chemical analysis and special waste control
- Installation of remote control systems (SCADA), with transmission of information and commands in real-time for fully automated and continuous control of the unit
- Full report of the test results and unit performance, with the assessment of the operation and suggestions for improvement, modernization and upgrading of the unit.
The monitoring and control of the facilities are performed by qualified technical staff and they are continuous and 24h/day and, in case of malfunction, the intervention is immediate to ensure the smooth operation of the processing unit and of the main industrial activity.
The provided operating and maintenance services aim to optimize the use of the existing equipment, and probably, to propose the replacement and/or the upgrade of equipment parts if it’s necessary. The service is provided to industrial waste treatment plants, regardless its source, and at any treatment stage, primary, secondary and tertiary treatment, residue removal etc.
The selection of the applied method is based on the desired parameter to get removed (organic load, heavy metals, nutrients, etc. data).
